  11. I need some help with a problem. I bought a used Syquest 44 drive and used 
  12. it for several months on an A2000 I then bought an A4000 and tryed to 
  13. hook it up and it kept giving an error message that myboot drive had a read
  14. error on bloce(then it would give a block # 404781 or 784060 etc...) I 
  15. called a couple of companies for help and one of the techs told me that 
  16. the jumper on my GVP 4008 SCSI controler should be changed(that is the 
  17. DTACK jumper ) he said it should be open. I took the jumper off and no 
  18. change. A friend of mine borrowed the Syquest and it worked fine on his 
  19. A4000 but he has a Buster 11 (mine is a buster 9 ) could this be the 
  20. problem? 
  21. HELP lost in Amiga space.
